Starting from February 8, 2024, the following changes will occur regarding the "Tariff Transition Fee" for individual postpaid mobile customers who switch to a tariff with a lower base fee:

• The current fee of 50.78 TL for the "Tariff Transition Fee" will be updated to 80 TL.
• The updated amount will also be reflected on the tariff confirmation screens prior to the transition.
• The tariffs to which the fee applies will be updated, and customers switching to a lower base fee tariff will see a one-time charge of 80 TL for the tariff transition reflected on their bill.
