Pursuant to the 2026 Telecommunications Services Fee Tariff published by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, the taxes paid to the government on your behalf are stated below:

Radio Usage Fee

For all prepaid subscribers, it is TRY 323.81 per year and is collected monthly in 12 equal installments.

New Subscription Special Communication Tax

Collected at the establishment of a new line, it is TRY 700 per year. It is collected in advance at the time of new line establishment from prepaid subscribers.

PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. The categories of your processed personal data are as follows:

Identity Information: Name, surname, national ID number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, ID serial and number, nationality, passport number, parents' names, mother's maiden name, photograph, ID sample.
Contact Information: Phone/fax number, email address, address information.
Subscription and Device Information: Subscriber identity/contact information/marketing data, customer numbers, service numbers according to the services and products received, subscription channel, segment information, e-invoice information, personal data that can identify the subscriber such as profession, device identity information, brand and model of the used device, device features, device change dates, type of modem used (ADSL/VDSL) and modem change dates, subscription type, plan and package information, quota and speed, line opening information, payment type, invoice and content information, financial and debt information, subscription status (canceled, active, suspended, etc.), automatic payment instructions, balance for prepaid customers, loading frequency, number of loads, subscription status with group companies, SIM card and SIM card change information, dealer code, xDSL number, IMEI number, activation date, mobile product device information.

Network and Traffic Information: Traffic data used for communication transmission and billing purposes, traffic control data, IP address, CDR traffic information, IMSI information.

Usage and Behavior Information: Traffic information, date, time, duration, and parties of calls made/sent or received messages/internet usage, behavior and trend information from Türk Telekom websites and mobile applications, cookies, usage of content such as films/music, information on subscriptions to value-added services/products/services and their usage, limit overage information, billing information.

Location Information: Estimated location data at the time of communication, the country where the user is located abroad, and any other location information.

Payment, Bank, and Risk Information: Personal security information related to payment instruments issued by organizations, such as passwords, security questions, certificates, encryption keys, PINs, card numbers, expiration dates, CVV2/CVC2 codes, credit score and risk status, payment information, branch codes, and account numbers.

Visual/Functional Record Information: Voice and/or video call recordings made in call centers, offices, and sales points, and personal data obtained when you contact us.

Special Category Data: Biometric data, fingerprints, health information indicating disability status, membership information for associations and foundations.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in compliance with secondary regulations:

Establishing, providing, and ensuring the continuity of our services, and conducting infrastructure/service availability inquiries.
Establishing subscriptions and performing other transactions during the subscription period, handling subscription termination, invoicing/pricing/refund/collection transactions.
Providing customer services, addressing customer complaints/requests, and fulfilling all contractual obligations in this regard.
Storing copies of your identity documents and other information that must be retained as required by relevant legislation, and verifying the accuracy of your declared identity information and documents.
Conducting credit, income assurance, and risk assessments, credit scoring, managing risks related to collections, and detecting and preventing any malicious use such as fraud/abuse/misuse.
Managing, measuring, auditing, and analyzing network traffic and conducting network improvement/optimization efforts.
Developing products, services, and business operations in conventional and digital channels as part of network and technological advancements/improvements to provide better service.
Proactively/reactively identifying faults that may occur during service delivery, determining the root cause of the problem, resolving it, and attempting to prevent its recurrence.
Measuring customer satisfaction, researching customer trends, and conducting surveys/analyses aimed at improving service quality.
Offering applications focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, such as rewards, giveaways, competitions, gifts, thank-yous, celebrations, and reminders.
Preparing, presenting, promoting, tracking, reporting, and providing information regarding campaigns and offers for products and services based on our customers' usage.
Informing our customers about new products/services, campaigns/tariffs, and other innovations, as well as conducting information and customer recovery activities and creating sales opportunities.
Sharing information/documents requested by regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities, and conducting audits to fulfill legal obligations stipulated in relevant legislation.
Determining your location in emergency call situations in accordance with applicable legislation.
Establishing brand partnerships that touch on different sectors to increase product and service diversity and ensure that customers benefit from various opportunities.
Ensuring the contractual requirements and financial reconciliation related to products and services offered jointly with our business partners or other third parties.

Banks and financial institutions holding your Turkish identification number, asset management companies, law offices, municipalities, business partners, and suppliers (Your phone number registered in the Türk Telekom directory may be queried and shared for legal and critical notifications, to prevent fraud and deception, and for marketing and promotional purposes).
Credit institutions, financial institutions, banks, and similar organizations (During your banking and finance-related transactions via mobile lines, information such as SIM card changes and the phone number you are connected to the mobile internet may be shared for transaction and information security and identity verification purposes).
Legal entities that have a commercial relationship with Türk Telekom and possess your phone number (Device information may be shared).

METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS

Your personal data may vary based on the nature of the service, product, and activity, and can be collected and processed through our authorized companies, representatives, dealers, our website, call center, and mobile applications.
Your personal data is collected during the establishment of your legal relationship with our Company and during the continuation of that relationship from you, third parties, and legal authorities via the internet, phone, email, voice response, and text message; through physical, written, verbal, and electronic channels for the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5, 6, and 8 of the Law below. Your personal data is processed based on the following legal reasons:

• Your explicit consent,
• Being explicitly provided for in other legislation applicable to our Company, primarily Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications,
• Ensuring compliance with national and international principles and rules related to customer identification, and fulfilling the obligations for information retention, reporting, and informing as stipulated by legislation and official authorities,
• Being necessary for the processing of personal data of the parties involved in a contract, provided it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, to offer the requested products and services, and to fulfill the obligations of the contracts you have entered into,
• Being mandatory for the fulfillment of a legal obligation,
• Being made public by the relevant person themselves,
• Being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
• Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
• In cases of actual impossibility, if you are unable to provide consent or if the consent of a person who has no legal validity is required to protect the life or bodily integrity of that person or another person.

Your special categories of personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds:

• Your explicit consent,
• Special categories of personal data other than health can be processed without requiring your explicit consent in cases specified in the laws,
• Health-related special categories of personal data can only be processed for the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and managing health services and financing, by persons or authorized institutions and organizations under an obligation of confidentiality without requiring your explicit consent.

IF YOU WISH TO CONTACT US REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND REQUESTS

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, you can submit your requests through a petition prepared in accordance with the conditions specified in the "Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller" (Regulation) by Turkish Telekom, depending on the nature of your request and method of application, in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus protect your rights:

You can directly deliver your application to the addresses provided below in person, or send it by mail or via a notary.
You can send your application using registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signatures, or mobile signatures to the addresses specified below.

Applications made in this scope will be accepted following identity verification by us, and your requests will be concluded as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. If a written response is provided to the application, no fee will be charged for up to 10 pages, and a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over 10 pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, a fee corresponding to the cost of the recording medium may be requested.

Consumer Information Guide

1- Subscription Establishment and Cancellation Issues:

a) What should I pay attention to when establishing a subscription for mobile communication services?
Before signing the subscription agreement, you should carefully read your rights and obligations in the contract, mark the subscriber preferences on the first page of the contract, and ensure the accuracy of the personal information you provide. Make sure the name of the plan you selected is correctly written in the subscription agreement. Don’t forget to take a signed copy of the contract!

b) How can I cancel my subscription?
You can terminate your contract by notifying the service provider in writing, along with a document proving your identity, or by sending it signed to the provider's fax number. The provider is obligated to inform you of the receipt of your request within 24 hours of the written request being received. Additionally, the provider must fulfill the termination request within 7 days and notify you of the cancellation of the subscription agreement via post, email, SMS, or a call.

2- Tariff Fees, Limited Usage Services, and Value-Added Services:

a) What should be done in case of a tariff fee change?
Service providers are required to notify subscribers of tariff changes via SMS, calls, and/or post a reasonable time before the change takes effect (changes can also be indicated on the bill). Therefore, it is important to pay attention to notifications made via SMS, phone, or mail from the service provider.

b) How is notification done to avoid exceeding limits in usage-restricted services?
Subscribers using services with limited usage (e.g., 100 minutes, 500 SMS, or 4GB) are informed via SMS when their usage reaches 80% and 100% of the limit. Additionally, subscribers can check how much of their usage-restricted packages they have consumed for free through the online transactions menu on the provider's website or by sending an SMS. This information can also be obtained from the provider's customer service.

c) I have been charged for a value-added service without my consent. What should I do?
If you believe that a membership to the service was made without your request or consent, ensure that your mobile device is solely used by you, and that you did not give any approval for the charge or subscription via SMS, WAP, etc. Also, confirm that no one else (like a family member) using your line has subscribed to the service. You can then file a complaint with the service provider. If the issue is not resolved by the provider, you may pursue legal action.

3- Issues Related to Commitments:

a) What is a committed tariff and why should it or shouldn't it be preferred?
Committed tariffs are plans that offer certain advantages if you maintain your subscription for a specified period or meet certain conditions. Therefore, when choosing committed tariffs, you should consider:

Your service needs during the commitment period,
Whether you might need to move, and if so, whether your provider has infrastructure in the area you’re moving to,
Evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the committed tariff you are considering compared to non-committed tariffs.

b) Can I terminate my committed tariff subscription whenever I want?
You can terminate your commitment at any time. However, if you cancel your committed contract before the term ends, the providers can charge you a cancellation fee based on a comparison of the total value of discounts, devices, or other benefits provided to you until the breach of commitment period, and the total monthly tariff fee for the remaining months until the end of the commitment.

4- Issues Related to Bills:

a) I am not receiving my bill at my address. What should I do?
Service providers are obligated to send printed bills to their subscribers. However, with the subscriber's request or consent, bills can also be sent electronically. If your bills are not reaching your address, it’s advisable to check whether your address information with the service provider is correct.

b) Is it appropriate for providers to charge fees for detailed bills?
For detailed bills:

If requested in printed form, providers can charge a fee or provide it for free,
If requested electronically, it should be provided to the subscriber for free.

c) My bill is higher than the amount stated in my tariff. What should I do?
You can find out what charges are reflected on your bill by checking the online transactions menu on the provider's website (which includes at least 3 months of usage details) or by calling customer service. If you still believe the bill is excessive, you can file a complaint with your provider. If the issue is not resolved by the provider, you may consider legal action.

5- What should I pay attention to when using my mobile line during international travel?
To use your mobile line abroad, it must be enabled for international roaming. However, both making and receiving calls while abroad incur charges, and the costs for calls/data usage (internet access) may be higher than domestic rates. It is advisable to check the international rates provided by your provider's website, customer service, or the SMS sent to you upon entering the country you are visiting. Additionally, subscribers using international mobile data roaming will be informed by providers when their data usage reaches 100 TL or 250 TL without any request.

6- I live in coastal areas or near other country borders. What should I do to prevent my device from connecting to other country networks?
Your line will not be usable on other country networks unless international roaming is enabled. However, if your line is open to international roaming, citizens in coastal or border areas may receive services through foreign providers and could face high bills due to international roaming charges. To avoid this, you can contact your provider to disable international roaming or manually select your mobile operator in your device's settings to prevent automatic switching to networks providing services from abroad.

What is the cost of calling 444 numbers?
For calls made to 444 numbers, there is no different charging compared to the rates for calls made to fixed lines within the subscriber's existing tariff.
What is the Safe Internet Service?
Since November 22, 2011, the Safe Internet Service (SIS) has been provided by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority to significantly protect you and your family from harmful content on the internet.
The Safe Internet Service is an optional, free, transparent, easy-to-use, interactive public service based on consumer satisfaction.
It is designed to ensure that all internet users, especially children and young people, can benefit from the opportunities of the digital age in a safe environment, take protective measures against harmful content, and protect society from the risks and harmful content of the internet.

What profiles does the Safe Internet Service consist of?
The Safe Internet Service is offered with two different profile options: Child and Family. The criteria for the Child and Family Profiles are determined by a committee of experts in psychology, pedagogy, sociology, and law.
The Safe Internet Service aims to protect consumers from negative content such as obscenity, child sexual abuse, violence, racism, gambling, fraud, harmful software, and the provision of health-threatening substances.

Child Profile: The Child Profile operates using a "whitelist" method, allowing access only to approved safe websites.
Family Profile: The Family Profile operates using a "blacklist" method, blocking access to websites with harmful content. In addition to the Child Profile, access to personal sites, forums, and sharing sites is allowed. Citizens who prefer the Family Profile have the option to filter access to games, chat, social media sites, and applications if they request it.

What is the legal basis for the Safe Internet Service regulation?
According to the Electronic Communications Law, the “Consumer Rights Regulation Regarding the Electronic Communications Sector” includes an article titled “Safe Use of the Internet” (Article 15), which imposes an obligation on all internet service providers to offer free alternative services for the safe use of the internet.

Is the Safe Internet Service paid?
The Safe Internet Service is provided free of charge to subscribers who choose SIS.

Is the Safe Internet Service mandatory?
The Safe Internet Service is a free alternative internet access service aimed at protecting consumers from negative content on the internet. It is not mandatory and is only offered to subscribers who request it.
All new subscriptions are automatically opened with the Safe Internet Profile, and subscribers can cancel or change their profile at any time through OIM, SMS, and Customer Service channels.

How can I choose the Safe Internet Service?
The choice of the Safe Internet Service, as well as profile change and cancellation processes, can be done through the following channels:

9) Can I change my service provider without changing my number? To change your service provider without changing your number, you need to request "number portability" from the new provider you wish to subscribe to and sign a subscription agreement that will be valid after the portability process is completed. You can find detailed information at http://www.nts.gov.tr/.

10) How can I learn how many lines are registered in my name? Subscribers can find out about the active lines registered in their name by entering the necessary information at https://hat-sorgulama.btk.gov.tr. Additionally, citizens without any subscriptions can learn about the lines registered in their name via e-Government.

11) What services are available for disabled individuals? Under the regulations made by the Information Technologies and Communications Authority:

Subscription contracts and invoices for requesting visually impaired individuals can be provided in "Braille" or as voice announcements.
Any changes in tariffs and service delivery conditions will be sent as voice messages to requesting subscribers.
Tariffs and campaigns with reasonable economic advantages for disabled consumers will be offered.
Websites will be made accessible for disabled subscribers.
All services offered for disabled individuals will be gathered under a single heading on the website to facilitate access to information.
Free voice location information will be provided to requesting subscribers.
The location information of disabled subscribers can be learned for free by at least one (1) phone number, at the request of the subscriber (excluding any SMS or call charges that may apply during inquiries across different operators).
Information about invoices and quota top-ups will be sent as voice messages to requesting subscribers.
Information stating "The person you are trying to reach is hearing impaired" will be provided for free, upon the subscriber's request.
Services should be offered independently of voice services, including SMS-only or data package services.

12) Important Points Regarding Mobile Phone Devices:

a) What should be considered when purchasing a mobile phone device? When buying a mobile phone device, it is advisable to pay attention to the following points:

Ensure that the packaging of the device is unopened.
Check that the brand, model, and serial number or IMEI number of the device are indicated on the invoice and keep the invoice safe.
Verify the presence of the "CE" mark on the device.
Check if the warranty certificate has been certified by the seller.
Obtain information about after-sales installation, maintenance, repair services, and authorized service centers.

b) What can I do if I realize my device is defective? If the device is determined to be defective (identified by technical service), you have the following options:

Notify the seller of your readiness to return the item and withdraw from the contract.
Retain the item and request a discount proportional to the defect.
Request the seller to repair the item free of charge, provided it does not require excessive costs.
If possible, request a replacement with a non-defective item. You can exercise one of these rights. If the seller fails to fulfill these obligations, you may resort to legal action.

c) I bought a device from abroad and want to use it in Turkey. What should I do? For devices with an electronic identity (IMEI) provided by mobile operators to be used in Turkey, they must be registered. Device registration can be done through the e-Government portal using your e-Government password at www.turkiye.gov.tr. d) I lost/my device was stolen. What should I do? In the case of mobile devices being lost or stolen without the owner's consent, consumers can report the situation to prevent the device from being used by accessing the e-Government portal or by calling the Information and Notification Center of the Information Technologies and Communications Authority (BTK) at "0312 294 94 94", available 24/7. It is also advisable to contact your service provider to deactivate the line.
