• Customers on the Selamtel tariff will be able to register for the package.
• The transition to Selam Telekom is carried out at Selam Telekom locations.
  The package can be purchased at sales points when purchasing a new line. Subscribers must activate the package within 60 days from the date they receive their line.
• The validity period of the benefits included in the package is 90 days; unused benefits will expire at the end of this period.
• After 90 days, if the package is not canceled and there is sufficient balance on the line, it will automatically renew. If customers do not have enough balance during renewal or at the end of the validity period, the package will automatically activate if they have sufficient balance within 89 days. If there is insufficient balance after 89 days, the package will be canceled.
• The registered package can be purchased multiple times within 90 days. In this case, the package will renew on the 90th day following the most recently purchased package.
• A package canceled due to insufficient balance or by the subscriber's request will not be renewed again and cannot be repurchased.
• To cancel the package, an SMS must be sent to 5675 with the text IPTAL ST 3AY 100GB. In case of cancellation, the benefits offered will be available until the end of the validity period.
• To check the remaining usage rights within the package, an SMS can be sent to 5675 with the text KALAN ST 3AY 100GB.
• After the total data in the package has been used, if customers do not have an additional package, internet usage will be charged according to the out-of-bundle data rate until the end of the package period. If the package is not renewed and no additional packages are activated after the package period expires, internet usage will be charged according to the customer's active tariff. • All prices include VAT and Special Communication Tax (ÖİV).
• The radio usage fee is charged separately.
• For new line installations, ÖİV and radio license fees are charged.

• The benefits cannot be transferred to third parties.
• The billing period for minutes to all networks is 60 seconds.
• By subscribing to the package, our customers also give their consent to activate the domestic 4.5G service. Our customers will be able to use the 4.5G service domestically as long as they use a compatible SIM card and device, without the need for any additional action after the authorization by the ICTA (Information and Communications Technologies Authority). Customers can cancel the service if they wish.
• The minutes, SMS, and data usage rights provided within the package are only valid for domestic use.
• Once the internet, minutes, and SMS rights provided within the package are used up, if there are no additional packages or benefits assigned to the line, further usage will be charged according to the current tariff.
• These rights do not cover usage in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) or abroad. The free call minutes included in the package cover calls to numbers starting with 444 and 1, as well as video calls.
• The minutes provided in the package for calls to all networks cover calls within the network, calls to home, business, and other operators, calls to numbers starting with 444, 1xy-type special service numbers, video calls, and calls to fixed telephone service providers contracted with our company. The minutes do not cover calls to premium service numbers like competition services, chat lines, numbers offering value-added services, 1xy-type special service numbers, international calls (including the TRNC), faxes, data, WAP calls, or similar services.
• The SMS provided in the package is valid for sending to all operators and fixed-line numbers. It does not cover international and TRNC SMS, or SMS sent via web or WAP. Free SMS is valid for messages sent to numbers starting with 444 and 1.
• The free data rights provided in the package are valid for mobile data usage through the internet APN. These free benefits do not cover usage in the TRNC or abroad. Our company reserves the right to modify the internet benefits included in the tariff for services such as instant messaging (IM), VOIP calls, internet sharing (tethering), peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing programs, etc.
• The package will be canceled if the line is deactivated, deactivation is caused, the number is transferred to another operator, or the subscriber switches to a different tariff that is not compatible with the valid package.
